Delivery & Cancellation

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to bake your items fresh. Store pickup is available for all orders. Local delivery is available exclusively for orders totalling $100 or more. A 50% cancellation fee applies for any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unable to proceed on your original date, we are happy to reschedule your order and arrange a new delivery or pickup time, subject to availability.
